It was only been a few years ago that I realized that how I meditate is not actually the classical definition of meditation. I know that there are plenty of others out there that meditate like me. I am in no way claiming to be special in that regard! Traditional meditation involves concentrating in different ways to center your focus on the NOW moment. This is indeed a great and wonderful skill to have. But what I and others do involves staying in the now moment as well, only there is energy exploration happening. I will be sharing my personal meditation experiences. I hope to show you some examples of what you can learn, experience and interact with during a meditative state.
I use meditative state very loosely, for I now know I am one breath away from connecting with Everything consciously, and subconsciously I know that I am completely connected at all times. This blog will not be overtly spiritual. There are plenty of other people out there teaching meditation in that manner. As a matter of fact, I’m sure there will be a little cursing and some humor to be found here.
Another interest of mine is the growing knowledge that everyone receives information while meditating in different ways. This is very fascinating to me and very important. If a person thinks that they are doing something wrong, it is hard for them to continue doing it because they become frustrated. FEAR NOT! While I might be a very visual person in a meditation, you might be very sensory. While Joan might hear things, Gregory might receive knowings that pop into his head. So I want to catalog what these different ways may be, which means you are going to have to SHARE. Aside from personal curiosity about this subject, I believe that it validates and bolsters a person’s confidence in the energy that they perceive.
